That code will parse an xml hl7 file with the exception of some
incorrectly formatted phone numbers 555-123-4567 as opposed to
(555)123-4567
The code just has to be written to put it into the database.

That and we are fairly certain our backend can hold what we
want to keep from the hl7 data.
