Attached a screenshot of what the first iteration
measurements will look like.

A few notes:

- measurements, not just lab results
- date format is configurable
- I did decide to go with a grid right away instead
  of misusing a list
- this is *just* the grid holding the results, it
  does not show buttons etc which will be on the notebook
  plugin
- details regarding dates, tests, and results will
  be displayed in tooltips when hovering one of them
- normal ranges are not displayed under "test" because
  they are per-result (and shown in the respective tooltip)
- abnormality markers are not yet taken into account
