To enable us to come up with a better fix can you do the
following:
- right-click on the menu item
- choose "Properties ..."
- send us the line that starts gnumed.py (or a screenshot
of the properties dialog)
In the meantime you can add quotes around the config file
path as described here:

under Step 2 item 3.
