As part of the process of cleaning up the win32 build I've
regenerated the online help files and would appreciate some testing
before the upcoming 1.7.11 release.

Note : IE7 has some additional security that breaks non-local chm
files. They only work when saved on local (non-network)
drives.
Ideally people would look for formatting errors, and missing
figures. However, editorial input would not be ignored :-)
