pkg-config --modversion glib-2.0
2.14.3

in other words, I am up-to-date. YAST thinks I am still on 2.14.1 because I
installed the latest glib from source.
/usr/lib/ligblib has the latest version though and I did run ldconfig.

I feel I am still no step closer to resolving this issue....

Any more suggestions?
