Hi,

Finally, I have some time to work on my GSoC application (I was very busy
lately), so I would like to consult some ideas. The first thing to do would
be to implement the axes, work on ui, and generally do some finishing touches
for your plugin. Now, how about adding a different data input mode for
surface plot? I'm thinking of something more like gnuplot is doing, i.e. that
user could give a set of points, instead of a height map. I think that this
is a nice feature to have, especially for scientists, who would like to
easily visualize their data, and this type of format is quite common. If this
is not enough, I could implement some other desired plot types, if time
permits.
What do you think about it? Thank you in advance for all the comments.

Regards,
Mariusz
