Problems Starting Gnumeric

[BooBoo]

I installed the latest version of Gnumeric for Windows (1.10.15) and 
when I double click on shortcut nothing happens. I tried starting the 
executable directly with the same end result. Gnumeric 1.10.14 worked 
fine. I am working on Windows 7 Professional (64-bit). Any suggestions?
