There has been a change in the behaviour of the webserver:
There is a new header containing
"content-disposition: attachment; filename=playlist.m3u;"
between the "Server:" and "Set-Cookie:" headers which wasn't there before.
This makes mozilla browsers pop up the "what should I do with that file"
dialogue every time. Annoying...
