[Gnump3d-users] Big File Size in Songs and Skipping Problem after Downsampling enabled

Hello there,
 
I have the following Problem, after long tinkering i finaly got MP3 downsampling to work with LAME.
Since i enabled downsampling i cannot skip parts of a music File, before i could just drag the playbar in winamp and could play a song from the middle ( i hope you understand me, my english isnt that good ). Now i dont even have that playing bar :(
 
Another Problem is, when i start playing a really big song, about 160MB 75mins Playtime it only plays 10-15mins and then it starts the full song new :(
 
I hope you can help me !
