I guess this is not GNUnet's fault. netinet/tcp.h sounds like a system
header that's broken on OpenBSD/Sparc64.

Regarding your other mail: no idea what "GnuPM" is, but it shouldn't
reside in /usr/local (or you'll have to set environement variables).
Again, this is not GNUnet's fault.

If this is just a test system, I'd try GNU/Linux (Debian?) instead as
OpenBSD/Sparc64 looks really broken.
