Hi everyone,

here are some notes I took during today's developer mumble.

They are probably incomplete but should be useful as a hint as to what
was discussed.

Best,
Raphael
grothoff:
    transport bugs
new member hopefully joining from Iran this year (PhD)
Taler engineering positions news hopefully "soon"
bad news: EU proposal rejected (low rating for commercial impact)
24th Feb DocMalloc's defense (Christian will be around in Munich)
raphael:
no news from BOSS, maybe soon (after exams)
julius:
few changes in a few weeks
serialization to disk / snapshots ideas:
careful about handing out peers twice (non-randomly)
how to measure peer randomness (especially without random peers)
    what requirements for topology?
reasonable assumption: connection possible to every peer
how much information is leaked to a passive adversary
        especially via polling
        can it be quantified?
scenario: C is picked as exit node and knows B (middle node)
with what probablity can I decide that the connection was initiated
by X?
what time between rounds of brahms?
maybe allow a range for adjusting value later
bart:
very difficult to reproduce some bugs (CADET)
problems seem to be in UDP
time and resources devoted to Taler vs. GNUnet
