NSE needs updating for 0.12?

After updating a bunch of nodes I see a similar picture:

$ gnunet-statistics | grep 'peers connected'
          nse                                  # peers connected:
          1
    transport                                  # peers connected:
          5

And the network size is 1 everywhere. Am I missing something? Is
something broken?
