TB offers support for GPGME+GnuPG as an optional configuration
mechanism, to allow the use of private keys that cannot be accessed
using TB's internal library, e.g. smartcard keys, or Qubes OS split GPG
keys.
By default, TB doesn't use GnuPG nor GPGME.
