The gnupg-pkcs11[1] patches /may/ do what you want; it enables the use of PKCS#11 tokens with gnupg. But I haven't haven't had chance to look into it in detail yet. Also, I am in the process of starting an "open openpgp" implementation and one of the goals is to support 4096 bit RSA. See [2] to join the mailing list and read the archives.
