Hi, Please note that the email addresses OpenPGP and thus gpg uses are always in UTF8 encoded (with --with-colons). Thus don' t expect any IDNA encoding in the user IDs you receive from gpg. Although it looks like an email address it is not in the RFC2822 required encoding but rather uses UTF8. It is expected that the mail client software does the conversion to Punycode.
