Yes, and also the GSWoT root key, since that one validates all the GSIntroducers. But what is a good idea for some people, can look like a bad idea to other people, so it's your personal choice to do it or to don't do it... I like these things, because it's unlikely I'll ever assist to a keysigning party at USA or Europe, but with CAcert and GSWoT, I can be a lot more sure about people's identities than by just exchangins some e-mail messages..
