If by "a" you mean "one particular," I have no objection: if by "a" you mean "in general," I object. :) There are techniques that focus on "let's get this over with as soon as possible, even if it requires copious prep ahead-of-time and special equipment like projectors," and techniques that focus on "well, this is largely an ad-hoc thing, so let's depend on as little special equipment as possible, and a simple system that everyone understands." I think it's best to choose a method that fits your particular needs, and to err on the side of simplicity.
