point taken. Randomness can be regenerated or reseeded. Which /form/ of randomness you get will be taken from different sources.
That's why it actually /asks/ you to hit a few random keys and move the mouse about during the generation of the random "pool" that gpg uses when generating it's key-pair. At least I /think/ that's what is going on. For a definitive answer (depending on your machine) simply ask /dev/random Yeah??
