And I didn't check the website. But the quotes from the website he put in a subsequent reply miss the mark by far, and that is a red flag to me. I wouldn't need any more background for myself at that point. If they can't get that right, I've lost trust. Crypto requires care, and I don't see that reflected in what he quoted.
