The only purpose of that would be to specifically subvert the intentions and processes of ProtonMail. They have designed a system which chooses policy based on the source IP (including a different policy for Tor exit nodes), and you try to subvert this policy selection, and possibly give a route for spammers to register on the system. If you don't like their policies, don't use them. Don't try to work around the policies they impose on the use of their service.
