No. By default gpg may go out for key discovery, CRLs, version checks etc. If you do not want this you can use the gpg option --disable-dirmngr or, to be 100%, do not install dirmngr. Salam-Shalom, Werner -- Die Gedanken sind frei. Ausnahmen regelt ein Bundesgesetz.
