That is right. Since some releases we also record the creation date of the key so that we can easily derive the OpenPGP fingerprint. Without that creation time we would need to loop over all seconds since about 1997 to figure out the fingerprint. Salam-Shalom, Werner -- Die Gedanken sind frei. Ausnahmen regelt ein Bundesgesetz.
