like the safest bet would be to simply start emails with "Hello
". I assume that a timestamp is added to the signature, so
that should take care of contextualizing the signed message.

You might consider adding the fingerprint of the recipient's key,
after "Hello "
Otherwise this could lead to a MITM problem, with an already signed
(and presumably trusted) forwarded message.
