With recent changes I did, the checkbox for GTK runtime (on components page) will be unchecked if there is already a GTK installation on system (>= 2.12.0). This will make sure that user does not replace new version with our embedded old version. I will publish another version of installer with these changes tomorrow. make sure you re-download it before continuing testing.
