I have, and it works for me in Win7/64 bit. If you installed the "gnusim8085-1.3.6-no-gtk-installer.exe" installer, you also need to install GTK runtime from http://gtk-win.sourceforge.net/home/index.php/en/Downloads (as linked from the GNUSim8085 home page). I guess, in future, we should make the installer include GTK runtime too.
