#191: dpkg-architecture provides inaccurate info

Currently, dpkg-architecture shows i486-solaris for
DEB_{HOST,BUILD}_GNU_TYPE.
This should instead be i386-solaris2.11 (for current SunOS 5.11). It
needs
to be fixed such that the host & build strings can be provided to
correctly
produce packages which rely upon dpkg-architecture's output.
