#470: openssh-server doesn't provide its own sshd_config

 When installing openssh-server it also installs openssh-client. The client
 asks you if you want to overwrite the ssh_config file provided by the
 SUNW_ssh (or whatever) package. However, openssh_server does not. Then it
 fails, since the scripts are not svc compatible.

 Next time you boot, it fails badly on two accounts:

 1) line 111 of /etc/ssh/sshd_config has to be taken out
 2) the /etc/init.d/ssh script isn't svc compatible
