the logo looks cool, can I get a copy in SVG so that I can prepare smaller versions for launchpad? Could it be also possible for me to get a copy of the green triple-leaf logo that I'd like to use for the same purpose? > We need to modify old content a bit to reflect our new direction - NCP, > etc. sure, I'd like to work on this as preparing websites and public presentations is my speciality, I just need to be sure that the infrastructure is solid enough so that we can proceed... > Still need to decide what to do with forums and blogs. I'm a bit concerned with the forums, if you follow the discussions at opensolaris.org there is a disconnect between mailing lists and forums and web forums don't work that well. I'm +1 keeping the content around, but I'm -1 for having forums "just to have them" if they don't play well with the mailing list. Having two separate mechanisms (separate forum and separate mailing list) is not good either as we are small enough to keep the community together and grow as the need arises... we are not ubuntu in that respect. > APT repository with b70 bits is also available at > http://www.nexenta.org/apt, however, contains unstable bits only. great, will take a look later... > We are planning to produce first ISO out of this new repository real > soon. So I mean, renaming/merging the mailing lists and keeping the list of subscribers should not be a problem. Just let me know when we can ask sonic to do it, I will email all our existing mailing lists with the warning about the rename and saying that nothing will be lost and we can go for it. let's keep going...
