It may not work, SVR4 conversion assumes that files which are in
relocation directory to be pre-processed by i.* and r.* scripts during
postinst and prerm...
I think in this particular case, the problem could be fixed simply by
re-packaging .deb(s) with manually moved .xml files to the proper
locations.
