You will only see it if you do fresh install, i.e. skip ISO upgrade.
Upgrades of "minimal" profile installation are not supported yet...

But we are hoping to have LiveUpgrade working soon, so it will take care
of Internet-based upgrades from b36 => b37 for instance, without
downloading ISO and going through the installation program, all user
will need to do is "apt-get dist-upgrade".

Exactly. That was one of the reasons for "minimal" profile to appear. It
allows NexentaOS to be customized on per-user requirements.
