Its just that we need to test loopback mounted zones - non default case.

By default we are preparing separated non-global zone instance. The
drawback as you noted - your nexenta box need to be connected to the
network while installing. The benefit is obvious - packages installed in
the zone not necessary need to match global, i.e. more flexible.
