Hi

I have installed nexenta 1.0.1test3 on an HP Blade with 2 additional
network interfaces. (4 in total)

The two onboard nics (Blroadcom NetXtreme II) work with a driver
downloaded from broadcom.com but I can't set the mtu.

The bigger Problem is that I don't get the two additional network
interfaces to work.
I installed the package sunwbge which seamed to be the right driver.

after a reboot I ran prtconf -v which showed the following:

-- 8< ------------------------------------------------------------

I added 0x103c1707 to the list of bge-known-subsystems
in /kernel/drv/bge.conf but this didn't have an effect.

On another Blade I have installed Fedora Core 8 which finds the Ethernet
Controllers as
14:04.0 Ethernet controller: Broadcom Corporation NetXtreme BCM5715S
Gigabit Ethernet (rev a3)
14:04.1 Ethernet controller: Broadcom Corporation NetXtreme BCM5715S
Gigabit Ethernet (rev a3)

Does anyone have a hint how to get the NICs to work.

Regards
Sebastian Ries
