Hi Jerome, Yes, we know of this issue.. unfortunately haven't been able to figure out why.
When the site is down, I see a lot of apache2 processed running (25-30). I need to kill these and restart apache to get it back. My best guess is too many connections, bring up too many apache processes, and the web server locks up. Thanks for your offer to help. I'll set you up an account and send you information offline.
