* Headers/Additions/GNUstepGUI/GSHelpManagerPanel.h: added -buttonAction:
method.
* Source/GSHelpManagerPanel.m: implemented -buttonAction:.
added a button to close the panel and changed the style mask of the window
to NSTitledWindowMask | NSResizableWindowMask.
