Actually,
find . -type f -exec sed -i "" -e 's/59 Temple Place, Suite 330/51 Franklin
Street, Fifth Floor/;s/02111-1307/02110-1301/;' {} ';'
works better for me, but it also tends to operate on binary files, so it's
probably not the best.
