I see ... it now looks like GNUstep.csh.in just contains a typo, since GNUstep.sh is using xxx/Library/Libraries/Guile, and gnustep-guile seems to be installing into $(GNUSTEP_LIBRARIES)/Guile (which is xxx/Library/Libraries/Guile) too.
