It still calls objc_msg_lookup (you can avoid this with the Étoilé
runtime but not with the GNU one), but if the result is the expected
function pointer then it uses the inline implementation instead. In
some situations, the inline version will benefit a lot from constant
propagation. In others you're just saving the call overhead.
