Hallo,

I the owner of the GNUstep feature in the Fedora project and have
started to packaging the gnustep-example package. During the Review
I have recorgnise, that there is a verbatin text of the license in the
gui/ExampleTheme/Rhea, which I have copied into the top directory
of the project.

So I want to ask, if upstream can do the following:

Put this file on the top directory in the upstream tar ball.
