There is a problem with the option "Check Spelling Automatically" in Ink.app. I can't found the exact steps to reproduce this. But maybe you can see this bug in this way:
Run Ink.app, enable "Check Spelling Automatically" in menu item "Edit". Now write four or five words with misspelling, hit RETURN and write more words with misspelling. Use the contextual menu to fix the typos. Repeat this steps until the Ink.app stuck.
