Apple's libobjc is only designed to work on OS X. I don't think porting
this library would be of any advantage.
The same applies to most of Apple's CF. That being said, you should take
a look at opencflite, which is a project that aims to port CF to other
platforms. I'm sure the project's developer(s) could pull any new
functionality from CF-744.12.
