I have machines with 4.3 and 4.6 and both of them are fine.
This is on debian unstable, PPC-32, I have 4.8.1.1
And I use ICU 50.1.2 on Gentoo Linux/x86-64.
That being said, I have quite a few *other* tests failing. Some of them
even cause glibc to report memory corruption.
