I know people have tried (including yours truly), and there was a MacPorts package. But I don't know of any functional and simple instructions.
If there are instructions on setting up an environment using libobjc2, gnustep-base and perhaps gnustep-gui, count me interested. If you just need GNUstep additions for Apple's Foundation and AppKit, that configuration is supposed to work out of the box.
