I'll probably grab some time today or tomorrow to play some more with
compiling gnustep-base for Android. I didn't look at her work in detail,
but a developer has worked on (and abandoned) iOS 5-level compatibility:

Nowadays she seems to have moved on to porting XNU to beagle board:
