Is this automatic (discuss subscribed to info) or just people emailing the wrong list? I didn't notice it documented on the listinfo pages.
Nope, it's not automatic at all, just people endlessly forgetting to send to the proper list. The latter idea isn't necessarily a bad thing, though.
