Are any FIPS self-checks done when executing gnutls_global_init(); and gnutls_init(); when GnuTLS runs in FIPS mode (as reported by the return value of '1' to gnutls_fips140_mode_enabled()) ? If not, is it possible to have these tests made explicitly ?
