[GnuWin32-Users] Problem with patch

I'm trying to apply a simle patch, but I get an error:


>patch --verbose -i "fix dialog fonts.patch"
Hmm... Looks like a unified diff to me...
The text leading up to this was:

Seaching on Google I've seen someone having a similar problem with cygwin but I didn't find a solution. Any ideas?
