Some answers: 1) At present the to-do list is just a piece of paper on my desk. I will publish it somewhere on the Gnuwin32 site. 2) There is only one maintainer, see the project summary page http://sourceforge.net/projects/gnuwin32/ 3) Is it just the configuration file, setup.ini, that needs to be adapted? If so, it would be indeed a promising avenue. 4) There are several small guides, e.g. http://library.psyon.org/programming/unix2nt.html, which is rather old. The most extensive one seems to be that of Microsoft, at http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/en-us/dnucmg/html/ucmglp.asp
