The GnuWin32 packages can all be used from the MS-Windows command prompt,
or in Explorer by associating the executable with an file type.
You only need Bash if you want to port applications.
If you want a shell for running win32 applications, DJGPP Bash is
probably most suited. It is in v2gnu/bsh*.zip in the DJGPP ftp sites.
