A google search tells me that gnuwin32 provides a groff package that
provides a Troff2LaTeX (version 2.2).
But I can't find a website or any URL or any download specifically for
Troff2LaTeX.
Where is the website for Troff2LaTeX? Where is a download for just that
source? Or who is the developer/maintainer for Troff2LaTeX?
I guess it is in the groff-1.19.1-src.zip file, but where is the official
Troff2LaTeX location?
