I am using the gnuwin32 version of netpbm. I can't seem to get pstopnm to work
properly everytime I run it I get:
Unable to fork a Ghostscript process. errno=40 (Function not implemented)

I have gs.exe in my path and am able to execute it from teh command line with
gs. Does anyone have any ideas
